What separates Elite Protective Services (EPS) from the rest of our industry is
our dedication to professionalism and training of our officers.
- EPS officers operate under the concept of Community Oriented Policing.
- EPS officers are trained and certified to carry defensive devices both lethal and non - lethal.
- EPS provides services that are rare to our industry such as bicycle patrol and K - 9 patrols.
- EPS officers operate under the role of "private policeman"
as defined pursuant to section 2921.51 (A) of the Ohio Revised Code. We feel
these standards allow us to attract quality applicants resulting in a large
majority of our staff being OPOTA certified peace officers in various
surrounding municipalities.
